SENEDEK manages residential buildings on behalf of their owners in Mauritania. The SENEDEK app lets anyone search for a vacant flat or publish one, and lets our clients — owners and tenants under contract with us — follow their rentals.

Your account
- Owner and tenant accounts are created by our office when a contract is signed.
- Forgot your password? Tap «نسيت كلمة المرور؟» (Forgot password) on the sign-in screen; the request reaches our office, which contacts you.
- Delete your account: in the app, menu (⋮) → «حذف حسابي» (Delete my account) → «احذف حسابي نهائياً» (Delete my account permanently). Deletion is immediate; we keep only what the law and the signed contract require, such as the contract and payment records.
Flats
- To publish a vacant flat: open the app → «تصفّح الشقق الشاغرة — بلا حساب» (Browse vacant flats) → «اعرض شقتك» (Publish your flat). We call you to confirm before it is published.
- A listing looks wrong or abusive? Call or e-mail us with the district and rent shown on it; we review it and remove it if needed.
